Dear Parents and Cheerleaders,

Welcome to the New Stoneham Youth Football and Cheering Inc. While there have been many changes to our program structure, our commitment to the children has not changed at all. I am delighted to be the Cheer Director once again, and look forward to this season. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact me at anytime. If I don’t know the answer, I will get it for you. I will have a packet to go out during the first week of practices with much more information.

Practices will start on Monday July 30, 2012 @ 5:45 pm. Please have children dress appropriately Please bring a water bottle, apply bug spray at home, no Nail polish, hair should be tied back.

NO JEWLERY OR PIERCINGS.

You may also at this time, (if you have not already sent it to me) bring all required paperwork this night. “Please be aware that no child can take the field with out ALL required paperwork turned in”. I know this is sometimes tough, but these are rules for safety and insurance.

Registration/Parental consent

• A copy of Birth certificate ( originals are fine and will be copied).
• Medical release form, signed, stamped, and dated by your Child's physician
• Copy of year end report card front and back.
